The Meaning Behind Atma
Atma means “self” in Sanskrit — the steady essence of who you are beneath the noise and the expectations of daily life.
It is a reminder that true wellbeing isn’t something found outside of you; it is a state you return to as you reconnect with your own inner wisdom. “As you live from your Atma — your true self — wellbeing becomes your natural way of being.”

Meet Diana
Hi, I’m Diana, founder of Atma Well Co and creator of the ATMAA Path.
With over 20 years in Human Resources, I’ve spent my career observing the tension between the lives we lead and the wellbeing we deserve. My strength lies in creating the space and structure for others to feel seen, supported, and understood.

I created the ATMAA Path to provide a practical roadmap for any woman ready to move beyond daily pressure and reconnect with her own needs. My goal is to help you build a foundation for steady self-reliance — providing the roadmap and the daily practices to live in alignment with your true self.

My Journey
My path shifted after losing my father — a pivotal moment that changed how I view health and life. Navigating the pandemic and perimenopause at the same time left me feeling anxious and overwhelmed. That period became a turning point, encouraging me to pause and ask what wellbeing truly meant beyond routines and expectations.

Through self-compassion and simple, mindful practices, I discovered that living well isn’t about doing more; it’s about slowing down, listening inward, and honouring your needs. From that place of awareness, healing began from within. This experience became the foundation for the ATMAA Path.
I founded Atma Well Co to provide a practical framework for steady, everyday self-reliance. Through resources like the 7-Day Body Wisdom Journey and the ATMAA Foundations Guide, I help you move from feeling overwhelmed by external pressure to building a life that feels honest, grounded, and entirely your own.
What Inspires Me
I’m guided by the work of Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay, and Gabby Bernstein — their teachings on self-empowerment, self-love, and possibility continue to shape both my coaching philosophy and everyday life.
Life Outside Work
Beyond Atma Well Co, I find joy in the simple things: journalling, reading, being outdoors, cooking, and spending time with family. These everyday moments remind me that true wellbeing begins within — at home and with the people we love.
