The ATMAA Coaching Model

Our holistic approach to wellness is grounded in the ATMAA Model — a simple framework inspired by Atma, the Sanskrit word for "self".  It guides every step of your journey, integrating awareness, trust, and authentic action into your daily life. Each phase builds gently on the next, helping you reconnect with yourself and create balance that feels grounded, sustainable, and true to you.

Notice your thoughts, emotions, and patterns — this is where meaningful change begins. Together, we’ll explore what supports your wellbeing (and what may quietly take from it) and bring kind awareness to the areas that need your care. This stage may include reflections and practices like: • Reflective conversation and gentle self-inquiry • Mindful breath or body connection practices • Journaling or mapping what nourishes and drains you • Simple tools to help you pause and notice (Purpose: to see yourself clearly — with curiosity, not criticism.)

Reconnect with your inner knowing — the quiet guidance that’s always been there. You’ll learn to listen inwardly with compassion and confidence, strengthening your trust in your own wisdom. This stage may include reflections and practices like: • Intuitive awareness and decision-making • Calming breathwork and grounding practices • Visualization or gentle reflection to connect inwardly • Reframing self-doubt into understanding and trust (Purpose: to strengthen your confidence and trust in your own wisdom.)

Turn awareness into mindful action — one small, conscious step at a time. Together, we’ll transform insight into everyday choices that honour your needs, values and lifestyle. This stage focuses on actions and practices such as: • Clarifying goals that reflect your values • Developing habits that support your wellbeing • Building actions that match your capacity • Reflecting on small wins and lessons along the way (Purpose: to bridge awareness and action — with ease, not pressure.)

Embrace yourself with understanding and kindness — releasing judgment and comparison. You’ll practice self-compassion and gentle acceptance, creating space for calm and allowing growth to unfold naturally. This stage may include reflections and practices like: • Guided compassion or mindfulness practices • Journaling for reflection, release, or forgiveness • Reframing self-critical thoughts into gentler truths • Simple pauses for softness and self-kindness (Purpose: to create peace within yourself — letting growth unfold naturally.)

Live in alignment with who you are — this is where awareness becomes embodied, and you reconnect with your Atma, your true self. Together, we’ll integrate everything you’ve learned, helping you move through life with greater confidence, calm, and self-trust. This stage may include practices like: • Boundaries and communication with confidence • Personal rituals or anchors that keep you centred • Translating values into daily, lived action • Gentle embodiment practices to feel grounded and whole (Purpose: to live as your authentic self — aware, aligned, and at ease.)

Your wellbeing journey is personal — and your coaching experience should be too. Each offering combines regular sessions, reflection tools, and gentle practices to support meaningful, lasting change — at a pace that feels right for you. 

Each journey begins with a Discovery Call — a space to explore what’s brought you here and see if coaching feels like the right next step for you. From there, you can choose between a focused Single Session or a more supported Coaching Package, depending on the level of guidance and depth you are seeking.

A 12-week guided journey through the ATMAA Model — Awareness, Trust, Mindful Action, Acceptance, and Authenticity.

 

Combining 1:1 coaching, guided reflection, and a digital workbook, this program supports you to reconnect with yourself and create everyday balance across mind, body, and spirit.

 

Includes lifetime access to the Atma Well Co Community (coming soon) for continued inspiration and connection.
