Sessions are available online, or in person for walk-and-talk sessions in Wollongong. Session length and format vary depending on the type of coaching you choose, allowing flexibility to suit your preferences and lifestyle
Pricing depends on whether you choose a single session or a coaching package for ongoing support. We’ll review all options during your complimentary Discovery Call, so you can decide what feels right for you.
That depends on your goals and where you are in your journey. Some clients find clarity after a few sessions, while others value continued support as they integrate lasting change. We’ll explore what feels right for you together.
Life happens — if you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full, as that time is reserved just for you.
