Every journey at Atma Well Co begins here. This complimentary 20-minute call is your personal introduction to the framework. It allows us to identify which pillars require the most focus for you right now before committing to a pathway.

 

  • Purpose: To review your current challenges and see how the ATMAA pillars apply to your life.

  • Format: All calls and subsequent sessions are held virtually via a secure video link, allowing you to engage from a space where you feel most comfortable.

  • Outcome: We determine if focused support (3 session Integration Series or single Strategy Session) or a 12-Week Guided Journey is the right next step for your goals.
